The app is an independent, private project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by the Kerala State Lotteries Department, the Government of Kerala, or any other public authority. All trademarks and lottery names belong to their respective owners.
Every four-digit ending has the same 1-in-10,000 chance in every single draw, regardless of its past history. Any pattern you see in past results is a description of the past, not a signal about the future.
We take care to import results accurately, but errors, delays and omissions are possible. The app is not proof of a win. Only the official gazette published by the Kerala State Lotteries Department, and verification of the physical ticket by the authorities, determine whether a ticket has won. Always confirm against the official result before making any claim or decision. A "no prize" or "prize" indication in the app has no legal standing.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. Lottery participation is restricted to adults, and the app is rated and intended for adults only.

Published lottery results themselves are public information; our arrangement and analysis of them is not. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Lottery play carries a real risk of financial loss and can become harmful. Never spend money you cannot afford to lose, and never treat lottery play as income or as a way to recover past losses. The app includes a private spend ledger precisely so you can see your real position honestly. If you feel your play is becoming difficult to control, please seek support from a qualified professional or a helpline in your area.
The app is provided free of charge and is offered "as is". We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we may interrupt service for maintenance, without notice. If paid features are introduced in future, they will be clearly marked and optional, and existing free functionality will not be silently taken away.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including money lost on lottery tickets, missed claims, reliance on an incorrectly imported result, decisions made using the app's analysis, or interruptions in service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account and data by emailing us. We may suspend access if these terms are breached in a way that harms the service or other users.
All content, design, layout, source code, data compilations, and the specific analysis methods and presentations in this app are the exclusive property of Arrow ⇞ Creations and are protected by copyright and other laws. The name "Top Kerala Lottery Analyser" and "Arrow ⇞ Creations" are our marks.
You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, clone, republish, scrape, data-mine, frame, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the app, its design, its data, or its analysis, whether by hand or using any automated system or AI tool, without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in the termination of your access and legal action.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala, India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any consumer-protection rights you may have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
We may update these terms as the app develops. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
