This policy explains what information the Top Kerala Lottery Analyser app ("the app") collects, why, and what we do and do not do with it. It is written plainly on purpose.

The short version: we collect the minimum needed to sign you in and to save the numbers and notes you choose to save. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and photographs of your tickets never leave your phone.

Who we are

The app is operated by Arrow ⇞ Creations, India. For any privacy question or request, contact the support email listed on our Google Play store listing.

What we collect

Account information. To create an account and sign you in, we use Google Firebase Authentication. Depending on how you sign in, this stores your email address, or your phone number, or your Google account's basic profile (name, email, profile picture). We never see or store your password — Firebase handles that.

Information you choose to enter. The app saves only what you actively add:

Numbers you add to your watchlist or locked lists
Optional labels or notes you attach to them
Entries you add to the private spend tracker (amounts and dates you type in)
Your language and theme preference

Subscription and referral status. Whether your account is on a free period, and a referral code, are stored against your account. The app is currently free to use.

Notification token. If you turn on result alerts, your device is given an anonymous notification token by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which we store so we can send you a message when a new result is published. It does not identify you personally. You can turn alerts off at any time in your device settings, which stops this.

Your camera and ticket photographs

When you use the ticket scanner, the camera image is read on your phone only, to decode the barcode or printed number. The photograph is never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and is not stored. Only the ticket number you confirm is sent, so it can be checked against a published result.

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect your location.
We do not collect your contacts, photos library, or files.
We do not store ticket images.
We do not store card or bank details. (The app is free; if paid plans are added in future, payments will be handled by the platform's own payment system and card details will not reach us.)
We do not use advertising trackers, and the app currently shows no ads.

Lottery results data

Kerala State Lottery results shown in the app come from official published result documents. That information is public and is not personal data. Our analysis describes results that have already been published.

How we use your information

To sign you in and keep you signed in
To show you the numbers and notes you saved, and check them against published results
To send result alerts, if you enabled them
To keep the service working, secure, and free from abuse (for example, limiting excessive automated requests)

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Who else is involved

The app runs on services provided by Google:

Firebase Authentication — sign-in
Firebase Realtime Database — storing your saved numbers and preferences
Firebase Cloud Messaging — result notifications
Google Cloud Run — hosting the app's server

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not share your data with any other third party.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information and saved lists for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, the associated data is removed.

Deleting your account and data

You can ask us to delete your account and everything stored against it. Email the support address on our Google Play listing from the address you signed up with, and we will delete it. You may also remove individual watchlist entries, locked lists, or spend entries yourself inside the app at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at the support email on our Play Store listing.

Children

Lottery participation is restricted to adults. This app is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Security

Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to stored data is restricted so that a signed-in user can only reach their own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store passwords or payment details, which removes the most sensitive risks.

An important note about the app itself

This app analyses lottery results that have already happened. It does not predict future results and makes no claim to improve anyone's chance of winning. Every 4-digit ending has the same 1-in-10,000 chance in every draw.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new "last updated" date.
